Nicest suburbs in Auckland

‘Devonport’ is a historic suburb nestled on a peninsula on Auckland’s northern shore. There is easy access to the central business district with bars, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere for everyone to enjoy. ‘Takapuna’ offers a convenient location close to the central district. It is one of Auckland’s best beachside suburbs and is great for families to live in. ‘Parnell’ is one of Auckland’s most prosperous and desirable suburbs, offering grand homes and a great central location. However, this is not ideal for families as it is the central business district for young professionals. Another affordable suburb is Otahuhu. Located in the southeast of the central city, it costs approximately NZ $417 for an unfurnished two-bedroom property. Though ‘Auckland Central’ is one of the most affordable suburbs in Auckland, it is probably one of the worst suburbs with the most car crimes and property crimes.
