- Poor spelling or grammar in communications.
- A lack of verifiable information or activity on the person’s profile.

ConsultANZ is aware of a fraudulent schemes involving fake Australian Business Numbers (ABNs) targeting clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. These scams aim to redirect payments to unauthorized bank accounts.
To protect yourself from falling victim to this scam, please keep the following important points in mind:
- Do not change payment details: Under no circumstances should you update payment information based on an email request. Such requests are likely fraudulent.
- Verify directly with ConsultANZ: If you receive a communication asking for changes in payment details, contact us immediately at [email protected]
