ConsultANZ is continually looking for new candidates to place on many of our prestigious contracts/projects, and the referral of a suitable candidate is key to our business.
If you know someone looking for work who would be appropriate, spend a couple of minutes completing the referral form – it’ll be the easiest money you ever make!
The reward is in the form of a voucher (prepaid Visa/ gift card or similar) to the value of AUD $500. For every third person placed through our referrals, you will be eligible to receive a voucher up to AUD $1000.
Please notify the person you have referred to gain their permission and advise them that somebody might contact them regarding the role you have submitted them for.
We will endeavour to keep you in the loop at the below stages of the recruitment process for your candidate.
FAQs
Is there a limit to the number of referrals?
No, we are happy for you to keep on recommending as many applicants as you can! One fee applies per successful referral (they must be placed for you to receive any reward).
What happens if someone else also refers the same applicant?
To avoid any doubt when there is more than one referee, we will pay the first registered referral on the website, leading directly to the placement, unless the referring parties agree to split the fee.
Please note we only pay referrals that lead directly to employment. For example: if someone you referred 12 months ago then applies to a recent advert by ConsultANZ and gains employment, we would NOT pay a referral as in this case, the advert led to the placement and not the referral.
How do I claim my fee?
Send your claim for the referral fee to [email protected]. Please have REFERRAL as the subject line and include the name of the person you referred and when your referral was made.
When do I get paid?
Payment of contract placement referrals is quarterly. Once the candidate has completed 12 weeks of employment and ConsultANZ has received payment from the client, ConsutlANZ will give the reward.
Payment of permanent placement referrals will be given once ConsultANZ has received payment from the client for the placement, and once the placed candidate has worked past the probation period.
Why do I need to register on the website to make a referral?
Registering your details through our website is the official process of our referral program. Through this, we can capture your information and your candidate’s details, ensuring your referral is in our system.
